Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, Pretty Label Hair Collection do not offer refunds. Please make sure that your order is correct before placing order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If there is an error on our end (ex. wrong item delivered), please contact us through email within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. Product must remain unused, hair zip ties still intact, and in its original packaging.

Chargebacks:

Please email us with any issues before chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks will be dispute with proof of delivery and order confirmation.
